What does it cost for my clothes to be picked up and delivered?

There is no fee to use our FREE Home pickup and delivery service, all you pay for is your dry cleaning.  Also, there are no contracts to sign.  We provide you with a FREE personalized laundry bag for your pickup and delivery.

How do I pay for my dry cleaning?

Your order will be delivered with a detailed invoice attached.  We do require either a debit or credit card for payment.  Your card will be charged twice monthly, on or about the 15th and 30th of each month.

Do I have to be home for the pickup or the delivery?

No, you simply place the bag on the delivery hanger or set it on your front porch and our route driver will pick it up and deliver your clothes back to you the next day.

How do I let you know about stains or alterations?

You can email, call us or attach a note to the garment that needs that special attention and we’ll bring it directly to the plant manager.

Do I have to mark every stain?

No that’s not necessary, our dry cleaning professionals inspect each garment before cleaning for stains, items left in your pockets and fabric damage.  Marking a stain well ensure that it’s not missed and if you know the nature of the stain (ie: wine, juice, spaghetti sauce etc.), that’s always helpful.

What happens if I missed my pickup day?

Just give our office a call and if we’re still in the area we can collect your bag.  If not, we will do our best to reschedule your pickup for later in the week.

 

What if I have a problem after my clothes have been delivered?

We guarantee all of our cleaning.  Please contact us immediately so we may address your concerns and reclean your item or items at no cost if necessary.  Our success depends on your satisfaction!
